Payment Options
Generally our clients self-fund their treatment however there are other easy and convenient payment options available other than self-funding. We are able to assist you with accessing Superannuation to over all costs if you have available funds or link you to TLC, an affiliated medical loan company.
Our daily fees cover everything from private accommodation and nutritious food to 24 hour nursing and counselling support, holistic therapies, recreational activities, transportation, and comprehensive aftercare support for when you return home.
Call our intake team to obtain a detailed quote for your particular needs. A team member will provide you with guidance regarding types of treatment, the duration of your stay, and payment options during this initial consultation.
Self-funding
If you have decided to self-fund your program, our intake team will conduct an initial discovery conversation. Our clinical team will then review the intake assessment and develop your tailored program. Once this is determined a cost breakdown for your stay will be provided and payment can be made.
For your convenience, we offer both direct debit and credit card payment options. After payment, we will provide you with an invoice and receipt for your records.
Superannuation
After our Intake Team has recommended a program that suits your specific needs and goals, we will put you in touch with a consultant who specialises in helping people access their superannuation funds for mental health and dependency treatment.
Through the Compassionate Release of Super Program, you are entitled to withdraw money from your superannuation for yourself or your dependents. This program is overseen by the Australian Tax Office and allows superannuation holders to access funds for mental health purposes.
